International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance, weather delays, or unforeseen courier issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and inspecting all orders before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@opsyntherapy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Opsyn Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
Customs & Duties
In most cases, customs and import duties are prepaid as part of our international shipping process, so you typically won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
However, customs policies vary by country, and in rare situations, local authorities may charge additional fees. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.
