Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All approved returns are subject to restocking and handling fees of up to 30% of the product price.

Opsyn Therapy reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest solution is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
